EMERGENCY GAMING RESOLUTION PURPOSE

The resolution came about because Blacks spend about $2 billion a year on gaming properties in Las Vegas and not one nickel of that money is returned to the black community to help assist the black business man/woman to enhance their economic capabilities.  Several presidents got together to discuss wherever there was gaming in their city or state and came up with this resolution which gives us an equal opportunity and a fair playing field to get involved with gaming wherever it exists.
